• We ship worldwide.
• Shipping options, cost and estimated delivery for your address are shown at checkout, before you pay.
• Damaged, misprinted or lost copies are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
• Because each copy is printed for you, we don’t take returns for a change of mind.

How your order is made and shipped

When you place an order, Lulu prints your copy, binds it and ships it to the address you gave at checkout. Production time is added to the shipping time shown at checkout, so delivery estimates already include it.

You’ll get an order confirmation by email, then a second email with a tracking link once your copy ships. Keep your order number: you’ll need it if you contact us.

Shipping costs, duties and taxes

• Shipping is charged at checkout and depends on where the order is going and the speed you choose.
• Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout where it applies.
• Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or fees by the destination country. These are paid by the buyer.

Damaged or misprinted copies

If your copy arrives damaged or has a printing fault, email info@blackexecutivebrief.com within 30 days of delivery. Include:

• your order number
• a photo of the problem
• whether you’d like a replacement or a refund

You don’t need to send the copy back.

Lost or late orders

If your tracking shows no progress for 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, email us with your order number and we’ll send a replacement or a refund. If the tracking shows the order as delivered but you don’t have it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Copies go into production quickly, so we can’t always change an address after you order. Email us straight away if you spot a mistake and we’ll do what we can.

Returns and refunds

• We don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, because each copy is printed for you.
• Refunds for damaged, misprinted or lost copies go back to the card you paid with.
• Once we approve a refund, most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.
