Thank you for shopping with The Black Executive Journal Shop. Because many of our products are made to order, customized, or limited-edition, our return policy varies by product type. Please read the details below carefully before purchasing.
Made-to-Order & Embroidered Apparel All polo shirts, cover-ups, and embroidered apparel are made to order and customized specifically for you. As a result, these items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered.
Calendars & Planners (The Ledger) All calendars and planners are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
Books, Magazines & Publications Unopened, unused books and publications may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customized or personalized publications are final sale.
Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the email address on your order confirmation. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at your store contact address with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return or approving your defective item claim.
